Astropad is the original iPad drawing tablet app. (you can use your Lightning Connector to USB).įirst, you download it to your Mac or Windows PC from the Duet Display site, then go to the iTunes store to download the app for iPad. Perfect for: Mac users who don’t meet the requirements for Sidecar, and Windows users. It works without lag because uses a USB connection rather than Wi-fi. Like the Astropad app, Duet Display is an app, created by former Apple engineers, that turns your iPad or iPhone into an input device or second monitor, and it’s now made for both Mac and PC. Astropad offers absolute workflow customization, featuring a packed suite of creatives tools: Unlimited per-app shortcuts. Last updated Monday, Duet Display turns iPad into a “Cintiq” for Mac or Windows Luna fully integrates with Astropad Studio our award-winning drawing software that turns the iPad into a professional graphics tablet for Mac.
